Orange Chicken

For Sauce:
Large orange 2
Orange drink mix ¼ cup
Sugar ⅓ cup
Custard 1 Tsp
Salt ½ Tsp
White vinegar 1 Tbsp
Ketchup ¼ cup

Ingredients for chicken:
Chicken breast 220 g
Flour ½ cup
Corn starch ¼ cup
Salt ¼ Tsp
Baking powder 1 Tbsp
Egg 1
Water 1 cup

1. Split oranges in the middle
Using a spoon take inside out and leave orange peel intact for later as serving container
2. Prepare sauce.
Put all ingredients in blender. Blend at high speed for 2 minutes. Using a fine sieve sift blended liquid to remove lumps
3. Prepare chicken
Cut chicken into small pieces. In a large bowl mix flour, cornstarch, salt, baking powder, add water and egg mix well, add chicken into mixture and thoroughly coat all sides
4.In a large, heavy skillet, heat the oil to 375 degrees F. fry chicken till golden brown
5.Set burner at high, in medium skillet, add prepared sauce, then cornstarch and water mixture(1 part cornstarch + 2 part water), quickly stir thickening till desired texture. Add in fried chicken pieces. Simmering for a while.
6.Serve in orange peel container
