1.Cut bell peppers in half.
2.Brush the inside of bell pepper halves with melted butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3.Spoon about 20 grams of marinara sauce into each bell pepper half.
4.Cover the sauce with fresh mozzarella cheese, then some shredded basil and Parmesan cheese.
5.Lay a few pieces of pepperoni evenly on top.
6.Preheat oven to 350 F and bake for 15 minutes.
