Homemade Fresh Summer Rolls

Shrimp Spring Roll

4 rolls

Ingredients:

● 4 rice paper

● ½ cup halved shrimp

● Butter lettuce, 4 pieces

● ½ cup rice noodles

● 4 tbsp. cilantro

● Mint, 12 leaves

● 2 tsp. peanut butter

● 1 tsp. Sriracha

● 1 tsp. soy sauce

● 1 tsp. lime juice

Directions:

1.Place the rice paper on a flat surface after soaking it for 5 seconds in a plate of water.

2.Layer the butter lettuce, rice noodles, cilantro, mint, and halved shrimp on the rice paper.

3.Wrap the rice paper with all the fillings.

4.In a separate bowl mix peanut butter, Sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, and use it as a dipping sauce for the wrap.

5.Dip and enjoy!

Vegan Spring Roll

4 rolls

Ingredients:

  • 4 rice paper
  • 1 cup purple cabbage, shredded
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ½ cup sliced carrot
  • 1 cup tofu, sliced and fried
  • Half an avocado
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. cilantro
Directions:

1. In a bowl mix purple cabbage, sugar, vinegar, and salt.

2. Place the rice paper on a flat surface after soaking it for 5 seconds in a plate of water.

3. Layer the pickled purple cabbage, sliced carrot, tofu, and sliced avocado on the rice paper.

4. Wrap the rice paper with all the fillings.

5. In a separate bowl mix soy sauce, cilantro, and use it as a dipping sauce for the wrap.

6. Dip and enjoy!

Chicken Spring Roll

Ingredients:

  • 4 rice paper
  • Chicken breast, 12 slices
  • Butter lettuce, 4 pieces
  • ½ cup rice noodles
  • 4 tbsp. parsley
  • Red sorrel, 12 leaves
  • 1 tsp. fish sauce
  • 1 tsp. chopped pepper
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
Directions:

1. Place the rice paper on a flat surface after soaking it for 5 seconds in a plate of water.

2. Layer the butter lettuce, rice noodles, parsley, red sorrel, and chicken breast on the rice paper.

3. Wrap the rice paper with all the fillings.

4. In a separate bowl mix fish sauce, chopped pepper, lime juice, sesame oil, and use it as a dipping sauce for the wrap.

5. Dip and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 4 rice paper
  • 4 strawberries, sliced
  • 4 kiwis, sliced
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 1 tsp. yogurt
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
Directions:

1. Place the rice paper on a flat surface after soaking it for 5 seconds in a plate of water.

2. Layer the sliced strawberries, kiwis, and mints leaves on the rice paper.

3. Wrap the rice paper with all the fillings.

4. In a separate bowl mi x yogurt, honey, lime juice, and use it as a dipping sauce for the wrap.

5. Dip and enjoy!
