4 Recipes: How to Sneak Veggies into Your Morning Smoothies

These four incredibly healthy (and delicious, yes of course we taste test!) smoothies are perfect for those who aren’t consuming enough vegetables, and those who are already fruit and vegetables smoothies fans. Basically, everyone.

Kiwi Spinach Mango Smoothie

  • 3 kiwis
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk

Blend, pour, enjoy!

Strawberry Tomato Smoothie

  • 1 cup cherry tomato
  • 1/2 cup strawberry
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup water

Blend, pour, enjoy!

Blueberry Beet Avocado Smoothie

  • 1 cup blueberry
  • 1 small-med size beet
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1.5 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup almond milk

Blend, pour, enjoy!

Carrot Pineapple Mango Smoothie

  • 3 carrots
  • 1/4 cup pineapple
  • 1/4 cup mango
  • 1/2 orange
  • A thumb of ginger
  • 1 cup water

Blend, pour, enjoy!

Worth noting for smoothies in general, the better the blender, the better the smoothies will taste.
