A couple from Georgia decided they wanted out of their current lifestyle and to live a life on the road—debt free. They quit their jobs, paid off $225,000 in debt, and bought a $3,000 bus that they converted into a tiny home, according to their Facebook page.
“It’s been a great adventure so far,” Amy Cobia told Fox 13 as they traveled through Florida.
The couple isn’t alone either—they’re traveling with their 2-year-old daughter Payson and their dog.
“Everybody thought we were crazy,” Derek Cobia told Fox 13. “People still do, but I think, as we’ve gotten some traction on social media, people are starting to buy into it.”
They have a Facebook page where they document their journey called The Frugal RVer.
