Salmon And Asparagus In Foil

2 pounds salmon
1 ½ cup asparagus
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/8 cup fresh dill
1/8 cup lemon peel
1 tsp garlic
1 tbsp butter

1. Remove salmon skin.
2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking tray with tin-foil.
3. Place salmon fillet onto prepared baking tray layered over asparagus, add salt, pepper, top with dill, lemon peel, garlic, and butter. Cover completely with tin-foil.
4. Place into oven and bake at 375 degrees F. for about 20 minutes.
5. Serve and enjoy.

Pan Seared Salmon with a Creamy Lemon Dill Sauce

1 punds salmon
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tsp olive oil
a length of thyme
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp butter
1 cup spinach
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp flour
1 cup milk
1 tbsp dill
1 tbsp lemon peel
salt to taste
pepper to taste

1. Remove salmon skin. Cut salmon into 2 pieces.
2. Add salt,pepper onto both sides of the salmon fillet. Set aside.
3. Add olive oil In a skillet. Add salmon, thyme, and garlic. Fry to golden brown color. Transfer to a plate.
4. Cook spinach in the skillet with salt. Transfer to the plate.
5. Put butter, flour,milk, dill, lemon peel, salt, and pepper into the same skillet and mix well.
6. Pour the sauce onto cooked salmon fillet and spinach.
7. Serve and enjoy.
