Since the Manchester explosion on May 22, many celebrities have donated to the emergency fund and also appealed to their fans to do the same. Now, a group of singers has announced to return to Manchester with a charity concert.
Ariana Grande announced to her fans on her Twitter that a charity concert titled “One Love Manchester” will be held on Sunday, June 4 at the Emirates Old Trafford. The concert is to raise funds for victims and families that are affected by the attack that happened at her concert.
She brings with her many famous fellow stars: Justin Bieber, Coldplay, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Usher, Niall Horan and Pharrell Williams.
The concert will be broadcasted on BBC Television, and on BBC Radio and Capital Radio Networks, and streamed worldwide.
Earlier on, 23-year-old Ariana has written a heartfelt message on her Twitter and also informed her fans that she will return to the “incredibly brave city of Manchester” with a “benefit concert in honor of and to raise money for the victims and their families”. She also expressed thanks to her “fellow musicians and friends” who have reached out to be part of it.
All proceeds from the concert will go to We Love Manchester Emergency Fund for the victims and their families.
