You’ve heard of chicken with garlic & rosemary—but once you see how it’s done here—game changer


●1 tbsp. diced garlic
●2 stick rosemary
●4 chicken legs
●1 tsp. salt
●¼ tsp. black pepper
●3 tbsp. olive oil
●1 onion
●¼ cup tomato paste
●1 cup pizza sauce
●1 cup chicken soup
●½ cup sliced mushrooms
●1 tbsp. capers in vinegar
●2 tbsp. chopped basil


1.Dice half a stick of rosemary and mix it with the diced garlic.

2.Stuff under the chicken’s skin with this mixture and sprinkle salt and black pepper on it.

3.Pour olive oil in a pan on medium heat.

4.Place all four chicken legs in the pan and cook both sides until golden brown.

5.Pluck the chicken out of the pan and pour in chopped onion, rosemary, tomato paste, pizza sauce, chicken soup, sliced mushrooms, salt, and black pepper.

6.Mix and simmer until all ingredients are cooked, than place back in your chicken legs.

7.Slide this in the oven to bake for 20-30 minutes at 400F.

8.Carefully take it out and sprinkle the dish with capers in vinegar, chopped basil, and olive oil.

9.Plate it up and serve! (Perfect for a homemade date with your special someone!)
