Cauliflower 4 Ways

Roasted Cauliflower



●2 cups bread crumbs

●2 cups parmesan cheese

●½ cups cheddar cheese

●1½ cups flour

●2 eggs

●1 tsp. black pepper

●1 tbsp. parsley

●3 tbsp. ranch sauce

●1 tbsp. olive oil


1.Break the cauliflower into bite sized flowers.

2.Prepare the first bowl with flour; the second bowl with beat eggs; the last with a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and cheddar cheese.

3.Take the cauliflower pieces and dip individually into all three bowls according to the order of number.

4.Cover a pan with parchment paper, olive oil, and spread dipped cauliflower on with a dash of black pepper.

5.Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 400F.

6.Take it out and sprinkle parsley on, enjoy with a side of ranch sauce!


Cauliflower Pizza


1 whole Cauliflower

●2 eggs

●¼ cup mozzarella cheese

●½ cup parmesan cheese

●½ cup pizza marinara sauce

●2 tbsp. chopped basil

●1 tbsp. garlic powder

●2 tbsp. crushed chili

●1 tsp. salt

●1 tsp. black pepper


1.Grate the whole cauliflower using a grater into rice size pieces.

2.In a large bowl mix the grated cauliflower, eggs, ¼ cup mozzarella, parmesan, 1 tbsp. chopped basil, garlic powder, crushed chili, salt, and black pepper together.

3.Using bare hands shape the mixture into small round disk.

4.Bake them in the oven for 20 minutes at 400F or until golden.

5.Take them out and spoon over each disk with pizza marinara sauce, sprinkle some mozzarella cheese, and top it all off with crushed basil.

6.Continue to bake for 10 minutes at 400F until cheese melts.

7.Slide them out and enjoy your pizza hot or cold!


Broccoli Bacon Cheddar Chicken


1 tbsp. butter

●4 chicken breast

●¼ cup sliced broccoli

●½ cup bacon bits

●1/3 cup mozzarella cheese

●1 cup cheddar cheese

●1 tsp. salt

●1 tsp. black pepper


1 Butter up a oven safe deep dish.
2 Place in the chicken breast, sliced broccoli, bacon bits, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper.
3 Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 400F until chicken is cooked.
4 Take out the dish and enjoy! (Careful, it’s hot)



Broccoli Cheddar Soup


1 cup chopped broccoli

●1 chopped onion

●3½ cups cubed cheddar cheese

●1 cup parmesan cheese

●3 tbsp. butter

●1 cup chicken stock

●3 cups milk

●1 tbsp. garlic powder

●¼ tsp. black pepper

●1 tbsp. cornstarch


1.In a pot on medium heat melt butter and stir fry chopped onion until softened.

2.Add chopped broccoli, chicken stock, milk, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, cornstarch, and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

3.Add a dash of garlic powder and black pepper.

4.Serve and enjoy! (or at least fake it)
