6 Awesome Toothpaste Life-hacks

Everyone uses toothpaste to keep their teeth clean and shiny, but did you know that you can use this common bathroom product to make your life easier in many other ways?

Here are some clever ways of using non-gel toothpaste to make stains and scratches disappear!

#1 Cracks or holes in the wall can really ruin the look of your room. So, just dab some paste on your finger and fill up the eyesore. Then, take a plastic card and smooth the paste with its edge.
If you don’t have the time or can’t afford to fix the damage with plaster or drywall, use this easy hack to make your walls look flawless.
#2 You spend so much on buying a good phone, and then the screen gets scratched within weeks of coming out of the box.
Use toothpaste to coat the screen, then rub it off after a while. The scratches should become invisible to the naked eye!
#3 Camera lens can also get scratched easily and quickly, but you need to do more than clean the glass with paste to take good pictures with it.
Grab an egg and hold it over a candle. Once the bottom is charred, take a cotton pad and wipe some of the charcoal on it. Now, put a tiny bit of paste, and use another cotton pad to blend the two together. This mixture is the secret ingredient to removing those unwanted scratches! You can use this on camera phones too.
#4 Sinks get dirty really easily. Instead of using expensive cleaning products, use some coke and toothpaste.
Fill a spray bottle with the coke and add two fingers’ worth of toothpaste. Shake well to mix the concoction, then spritz the liquid on the sink. Let it sit for a while, then wipe it off with a sponge. Your sink will look sparkling clean, and the toothpaste even takes care of smells from the drain!
Finally, here are two bonus tips for getting paste out of your tube!
#5 Instead of wrangling with your tube to get the last bits out, make life easier by cutting away the head and fixing a plunger cap on top. The ones from smaller dispenser bottles will do the trick! The long pipe will pull out paste from the bottom, and you won’t have to worry about wasting any of it.
#6 If you don’t have a dispenser, then just use a drinking glass to flatten the tube from the bottom up. Once the remnant paste is close to the top, fold the tube up and use a clip to keep it from unraveling. Now, you can use up the whole tube without battling with it every morning!
