beef skewers and meatballs

Beef skewers

Ingredients:

200g Ground beef

½ cup onion

½ cup parsley

1 tbs Garlic

¼ cup Mint

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tsp Paprika powder

1 tbs Oregano

½ cup Bread crumbs

1 Egg

Olive oil

Potato

Cold water

Cherry tomato

Lemon juice

Sour cream

Directions:

1, Combine ground beef, minced onion, parsley, garlic and mint in a saucepan. Season with salt and pepper. Add paprika powder, oregano, bread crumbs and 1 egg. Knead the mixture until sticky and insert bamboo sticks to each beef kebab. set aside.

2, Add olive oil in a skillet. Fry beef skewers until golden brown.

  1. Cook potatoes in lightly salted boiling water for10 minutes. Transfer to a bowl, Add chopped onion, chopped cherry tomatoes in the same bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add parsley, lemon juice, olive oil. Mix well.
  2. Serve beef skewers with potato salad.

 

Pearl meatballs:

Ingredients:

1.5lb Ground beef

1 1/4 tsp Salt

200ml Water

½ cup Ginger

½ cup Green Scallion

1 1/4 tsp Pepper

 

Directions:

1, Glutinous rice in cold water soaking for 4 hours.

2, Put ground beef in a bowl, add salt, water, mix the meat mixture clockwise until it becomes sticky, add ginger, green scallion, pepper mix well.

3.Form the mixture into meatballs and coat with glutinous rice.

4,Steam for 25 minutes.

5,Transfer to a plate. Serve.
